What are Invention Teams?

Each Crew or Post and their Invention Teams will determine their Invention focus.Their focus can change over time.For example, a team could focus on inventions in fashion, or bio-medical inventions etc.

A Crew is made up of 1 or more Teams.

There are 4 to 10 members in each Team.

The Team members elect their Team Leaders.

Teams will have members that interface with the four Crew Department; Business, Technology, Facilities or Communications.

Annual Goals for a Team

New members work on Apprenticeship rank requirements.

Older Team members work on Journeyman or Master rank requirements.

The Team competes in at least one Invention Competition.

The Team will post a descriptions and video about one invention on the Crew Website.

The Team does at least one fundraising using invention skills.

The Team uses Invention Skills for Community Service project(s).
